Job summary

Exclusive Networks in the United States is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support presales and occasional post-sales activities. You will report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer and act as a network security solutions advisor.

You will respond to inquiries, deliver demos, conduct discovery calls, coordinate product trainings with Vendor Management and Marketing, and drive the lifecycle of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for client engagements. Remote work is possible with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience.
• 1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi and Endpoint security knowledge.
• Multitasking and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Excellent team communication and SLA awareness.
• Maintain 6+ vendors' technical certifications.
• Team player with contribution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the network security solutions advisor and provide pre-sales support with demos and design guidance.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management and Marketing for product updates and trainings.
• Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services projects.
• Offer technical support to all team members throughout engagements.
• Lead and manage the lifecycle of vendor solution POCs.
