Trellix is seeking a Sales Engineer in the Houston area. This remote role partners with the account team to architect solutions, lead proofs of concept, and drive technical wins across Majors/Enterprise accounts.

You will present Trellix strategy, craft compelling proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in presales or SE roles, strong cloud/virtualization experience (AWS/Azure/GCP/VMware), and proven ability to engage C-level

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in presales or systems engineering, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).
• Strong presentation skills, including C-Level audiences.
• Experience in Security Operations Center environments.
• Solid network administration and management background.
• Experience with network performance monitoring and analysis.
• Background in enterprise antivirus, network security or encryption solutions.

Aufgaben

• Oversee solution sales activities to win the technical aspects and customer trust.
• Participate in solution-led calls and prospect visits to qualify requirements.
• Gather requirements, develop use cases, understand customer needs and constraints.
• Present Trellix strategy and demonstrate how it meets customer outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise on product demos and answers to RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate virtual teams to deliver comprehensive consultative responses.
• Present a compelling proposal and differentiate from competitors.
• Stay current on security trends and analyst insights to guide wins.
