NexusTek is seeking a hands-on L3 Systems Engineer for our Engineering Center. This fully remote role emphasizes AWS expertise with Azure and GCP growth, supporting mid-market and enterprise clients and internal initiatives.

You will own escalations, mentor junior engineers, design scalable cloud architectures, apply security/compliance controls, and optimize operations across multi‑cloud and on‑premises environments while collaborating with clients remotely.

Competenze

• Extensive AWS exposure with cross‑cloud growth (Azure/GCP).
• Experience resolving escalated incidents and ownership from intake to RCA.
• Strong IAM, SSO, MFA and AD/Entra ID experience.
• Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (CMMC 2.0, SOC 2, HIPAA).

Mansioni

• Own resolution of escalated incidents across SLA queues.
• Serve as L3 escalation point from intake to resolution and RCA.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and collaborate with customer contacts remotely.
• Design, deploy, and support scalable cloud architectures (AWS primary).
• Apply IaC and automation to streamline delivery and reduce manual work.
• Maintain IAM controls, perform vulnerability remediation and audits.
• Participate in on-call rotations for P1/P2 incidents outside business hours.
• Contribute to cost optimization and lifecycle projects across clouds.
