U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced presales professional to support the sales team with technical and complex product solutions, demonstrating deep understanding of how our offerings integrate with customer operations.

You will lead demonstrations, develop customized proposals, and coordinate with Technology, Ops, and Product Management to ensure smooth integration and successful implementation after the sale.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to ten years of related experience, preferably selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers.

Mansioni

• Provide presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
• Assist in sales calls by assessing business needs through customer discussions and interactive sessions.
• Develop and present technical proposals showing how products meet customer needs and integrate with their systems.
• Conduct product/solution demonstrations as required.
• Coordinate with Technology, Operations, and Product Management to ensure successful customer integration and implementation.
• Install and demonstrate products at customer sites post sale or hand off to the implementation team.
• Maintain knowledge of products and inform enhancements to remain competitive.
• Support sales staff at events/trade shows when needed.
