Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to ten years of related experience, preferably selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process; contribute to RFPs and technical documents.
• Assist in sales calls by assessing business needs through discussions and white-boarding sessions.
• Develop and present technical proposals showing how products meet customer needs and integrate with customer systems.
• Conduct product/solution demonstrations as required.
• Share customer requirements with Technology, Operations, Systems and Product Management for successful integration.
• Install and demonstrate products at customer sites post-sale or hand off to implementation.
• Maintain knowledge of products and competitors; inform product management of enhancements.
• Support sales staff at events/trade shows.
