Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of engineers, architects, and specialists, coaching and developing them while driving technical solutions for customer opportunities.

You will participate in customer meetings, help close deals, and collaborate with sales to position the right solutions across data center, cloud, security, and network domains. This is a remote role within US regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
• Position requires 35% travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Solutions Engineers and help close deals with the team.
• Engage with CIO/CTO, IT Directors and Application Managers to sell and build relationships.
• Train sales team on technical positioning of solutions.
• Collaborate with sales to advance opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Monitor performance, provide actionable feedback, and drive accountability.
