Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in sales, sales engineering, or public safety.
• Land Mobile Radio (LMR) experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Team to deliver end-to-end solutions for customers nationwide.
• Define requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of tech solutions.
• Provide engineering services including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment.
• Prepare system bids considering customer needs and product constraints.
• Coordinate with operations and other developers to meet delivery timelines.
