East West Hospitality is seeking a prep cook for Stag Lodge in Park City, UT, to join during the winter season. You will support Chef de Cuisine in preparing elevated lunch and après-ski offerings, maintaining high standards of quality and kitchen organization.

The role requires basic knife skills, knowledge of recipes and safe food handling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. This is a full-time seasonal position with benefits and a supportive team in a mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of recipes, measurements, and food preparation techniques.
• Understanding of proper food handling, storage, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other menu components according to the Chef de Cuisine's standards.
• Follow prep lists, recipes, and portion guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients to maintain freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout each shift.
• Assist with food preparation to support smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Uphold all food safety, health, and sanitation standards and procedures.

Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate Prep Cook who love creating exceptional dining experiences, preparing delicious food, and supporting a talented culinary team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Chef de Cuisine to prepare elevated lunch and après-ski offerings while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, have a passion for great food, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, we would love to meet you!

• Pay: $22-24/hr (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (November – Early April)
• Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, must also be willing to work holidays and weekends
• Start Date: 11/5/2026
