Job summary

Concessions International is seeking staff to deliver superior guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and promote specials while handling payments and maintaining a clean station.

Responsibilities include food preparation and cooking following safety standards, keeping work areas organized, and ensuring products are properly labeled and stored. Ability to read instructions and work well with coworkers is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Basic math skills for transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service by greeting guests, explaining menu items and promoting specials.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and complete related paperwork.
• Assist with food preparation and cooking following company standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining surfaces.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and SOPs, and report equipment issues to management.
