Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to high quality of taste and appearance.
• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Maintain proper rotation, labeling and dating of products.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking.
• Assist with restocking of supplies as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as indicated in training manual.
