Job summary

You will weigh ingredients, label stored foods, and monitor cooking temperatures at CCP steps, while assisting cooks and attending meetings for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures and sanitation standards.
• Read and follow recipes and daily prep lists.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Operate kitchen equipment with care and report malfunctions.
• Accurately weigh ingredients and label stored foods.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Tares and team checklists at shift start for duties.
• Prepare meats and vegetables per station lead and recipes.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment after use.
• Weigh ingredients and label foods with date and initials.
• Take and record food temperatures at CCP steps.
• Assist cooks and transport supplies as needed.
• Attend all scheduled meetings and participate in improvements.
