Qualifications

• ServeSafe Certification or equivalent required by state.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment with guests.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food following 100% recipe adherence and proper portioning.
• Follow production prep list and keep accurate records; requisition supplies as needed.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment; comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to guests and team members.
