Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a part-time Prep Cook for our West Palm Beach dining location. You will prepare food to 100% recipe adherence, follow prep lists, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of cooking experience, ServeSafe certification, and the ability to work unsupervised. Good English communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience; high-volume or fast casual preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification or equivalent required by state.
• Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment with guests.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation at 100% recipe adherence and following production prep lists.
• Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash, slice, and peel prep items; follow recipes and store items with date labeling.
• Maintain brand standards on food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
• Restock kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as directed by supervisor.
• Work in a fast-paced environment; multi-task and adapt to priority changes.
