Revel is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team in Pittsburgh, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown. You will prep ingredients, set up stations, and support the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes for guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for service, including washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating vegetables and meats.
• Follow prep lists and recipes for consistency.
• Label, date, and store prepped items; rotate stock (FIFO).
• Restock and set up line stations before service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen management.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
