Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Knowledge of standard kitchen tools and safety practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain high quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Read and follow recipes with precise measurements and portioning.
• Prepare ingredients with knife skills for consistent results.
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, and grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items including sauces and soups.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, griddles, mixers, and slicers.
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Support teamwork through clear communication under pressure.
