The Cheesecake Factory is seeking Prep Cooks to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will follow prep lists, read recipes, and prepare ingredients for hundreds of dishes using diverse cooking methods.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food service preferred.
• Ability to read recipes and follow measurements accurately.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed and urgency.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and portioning.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills (chopping, dicing, slicing).
• Use cooking methods such as boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items including sauces, dressings, and soups.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, flat tops, grills, mixers, slicers.
