Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep lists and complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Read recipes and portion ingredients for consistency.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills and multiple cooking methods.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
• Label, date, rotate food, and maintain organization and sanitation.
• Communicate effectively with team and perform well under pressure.
