Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list, complete tasks efficiently with speed and urgency.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements for consistent execution.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Use cooking methods like boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, and grilling.
• Prepare ingredients for 200+ menu items including sauces, dressings, and soups.
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Adhere to food safety, safety standards, and sanitation; maintain organization.
