Job summary

Raydal Hospitality seeks a prep cook to join our kitchen team, focused on delivering Fresh, Authentic and Bold flavors by following recipes and preparation standards while complying with safety protocols.

You will manage the flow of foods, uphold sanitation, and follow prep logs daily, with attention to inventory and equipment readiness. Shifts may include weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of kitchen equipment and small wares.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow protocol for the flow of foods.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Follow prep logs/sheets daily, not over or under producing items.
• Communicate equipment, small-wares, inventory, and production issues with manager on duty.
• Clean and sanitize food storage areas weekly (cooler, shelves, bins etc.)
