Job summary

Raydal Hospitality LLC is seeking a prep cook to support our kitchen operations. You will follow recipes and preparation standards to deliver consistent, FAB-flavored dishes while maintaining food safety.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, adhering to logs, communicating issues to the manager on duty, and supporting a safe, efficient kitchen with reliable teamwork. Shifts may include weekends, holidays, mornings or nights.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of kitchen equipment and small wares.
• Able to understand and carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions independently.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Follow protocol for flow of foods and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Follow prep logs/sheets daily to avoid over- or under-producing items.
• Communicate equipment, small-wares, inventory, and production issues with manager on duty.
• Clean and sanitize food storage areas weekly (cooler, shelves, bins, etc.).
