Qualifications

• Must uphold sanitation and safety standards.

• At least 1 year of restaurant prep experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and preparation standards daily.
• Monitor and communicate equipment, inventory, and production issues with the manager.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Prep logs/sheets must be followed and items produced to spec.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Assist with cleaning of food storage areas weekly.
