Preop PACU Registered Nurse — Patient-Centered Care

Zusammenfassung

SCA Health, part of Optum, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in the PreOp/PACU setting to support perioperative care at our Novi, MI location. You will assess patients preop and postop, monitor cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurologic status, and implement individualized care plans under organizational policy.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS; PALS if pediatric care is included. Competitive hourly pay: $34–$38 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• One year of PreOperative or PACU experience required.
• Medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state RN licensure in good standing; BLS/BCLS within 90 days.
• ACLS within 90 days; PALS if pediatric care is included.

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA Health.
• Assess patients preoperative and postoperative status per policies, covering cardiovascular, respiratory and neurologic systems.
• Interpret information from monitors; describe pathophysiology of common diseases.
