You will help reflect our premium brand through hospitality-focused interactions and professional discretion. As part of the SPS workplace team, you will coordinate with facilities, IT, security and services to ensure a seamless, end-to-end guest journey in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a gracious arrival and departure experience, using names and preferences.
• Welcome and assist employees, executives, clients, talent, partners and guests with warmth and discretion.
• Anticipate needs and connect guests to hosts, departments and support teams.
• Respond to questions and follow up to ensure clarity on next steps.
• Manage visitor registration and access coordination per procedures.
• Support meeting room reservations and guest arrival requirements.
• Ensure reception areas and spaces are organized, welcoming and guest-ready.
• Coordinate with services to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Monitor daily activity and escalate high-profile matters as needed.
• Perform opening, closing and readiness checks; identify issues.
• Track requests and communicate status; elevate delays.
• Assist with office supply inventory and replenishment.
