Job summary

SPS North America Opportunities in New York, NY, on-site, seeks a Hospitality Supervisor to lead workplace experience operations—food service, events and curated experiences. You will partner with clients and SPS leadership to design engaging programs that elevate culture, well-being and productivity across the site.

You’ll coach the workplace experience team, manage budgets and vendor relations, and ensure service excellence and client satisfaction for a broad range of meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in hospitality, workplace experience, event management or related fields.
• Experience managing events from small meetings to large gatherings.
• Strong client relationship and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace experience operations including food service and events.
• Plan and execute on-site and off-site events in collaboration with clients and SPS leadership.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, food quality and service standards.
• Coach and develop workplace experience team members to sustain elevated hospitality standards.
• Promote an engaging hospitality culture focused on anticipation and excellent service.
