Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred (hospitality or car rental)
• Professional, friendly demeanor with focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use mobile devices and apps confidently
• Valid Driver’s License; 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line experience for Avis First customers from delivery to pickup
• Deliver a best-in-class, welcoming, personalized interaction
• Directly deliver vehicles to customers and explain features
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery/collection with team
• Proactively communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email, and app
• Greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide vehicle overview
