Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist in Houston to deliver a premium, personalized rental experience from doorstep to airport arrivals. You will greet customers, coordinate vehicle delivery, and ensure flawless service in a fast-paced setting.

Base pay is $18.00 per hour with an incentive program offering up to $5 additional per hour. Benefits include on-the-job training, paid time off, health/dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors.
• Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class, welcoming, and professional customer interactions.
• Provide premium car delivery to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team.
• Proactively communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email, and app.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and explain rental features.
