Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Miami is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist to deliver premium, personalized service from delivery to collection. You’ll be the face of first-class hospitality, ensuring every interaction is warm and every detail is flawless.

This on-site role requires 1+ year in customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Base pay is $17.50 per hour with an incentive up to $5 per hour, plus benefits.

• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line customer experience specialist for Avis First customers.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers and manage deliveries.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team.
• Communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email, and app.
• Greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide vehicle overview.
