Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist to deliver premium, personalized service from delivery to collection, making each rental exceptional. The role emphasizes warm interactions, clear communication, and flawless logistics in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, assist with luggage, and coordinate vehicle delivery with the team, ensuring a best-in-class experience for every Avis First customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• On-site role; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers with welcoming, professional interactions.
• Provide premium customer experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team and management.
• Communicate proactively with premium-level customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and meetings.
• Greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide a vehicle overview upon arrival.
