Requirements include at least 1 year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with competitive hourly wages plus an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class, welcoming and personalized interaction for customers.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers for premium experience.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team and management.
• Proactively communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email and app.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and provide vehicle overview.
