Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Houston is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist to deliver premium, personalized service from doorstep deliveries to airport arrivals. You’ll ensure every detail is flawless, every interaction warm, and every customer feels valued.

You will act as the front-line experience for Avis First customers, coordinating delivery and collection with strong communication and teamwork, and ensuring a best-in-class experience throughout the rental process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using mobile devices.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class experience for customers, ensuring professional and personalized interactions.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers and coordinate timely delivery/collection.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure smooth logistics.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and meeting locations.
