• Deliver best-in-class customer experience for Avis First customers.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team.
• Communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and locations.
• Greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide vehicle overview.
