Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist in Boston, MA to deliver premium, personalized service from doorstep to airport arrivals.

You will greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental while coordinating vehicle delivery and collection with the team. A minimum 1 year in customer service and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using various mobile devices.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays; on-site presence required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle vehicles in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers with a welcoming, professional interaction.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers and coordinate delivery/collection with the team.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers via phone, text, email and app.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental.
• Support logistics to ensure flawless, personalized service from start to finish.
