The role requires on-site presence, valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient with mobile devices.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with a welcoming, professional interaction.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers and coordinate timely delivery/collection.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure logistics accuracy.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers via phone, text, email and app.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and present vehicle overview.
