Avis Budget Group is looking for an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist in Arlington, VA. You will act as the face of first-class service, delivering premium experiences from doorstep deliveries to airport arrivals.

The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and strong people skills to ensure every rental is flawless and the customer feels valued. You will communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and app, coordinate vehicle deliveries, and ensure smooth on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a best-in-class, welcoming, professional interaction for customers.
• Provide a premium experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team members and management.
• Communicate proactively with premium-level customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and meeting locations.
• Greet customers on arrival, open vehicle doors, assist with luggage, and provide a vehicle overview.
