Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests, manage vehicle parking and retrieval, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor and accurate handling of tickets and payments.

Hourly schedule includes morning and afternoon shifts; successful candidates will handle check-ins, customer inquiries, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests politely and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to read and write English; follow simple instructions and memos.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and revenue calculations.
• Understand time formats (24-hour and standard) and basic rates.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide attentive hospitality, and assist with luggage as needed.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests; issue and collect claim checks.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local attractions.
• Deliver messages or items and shuttle guests as required by location.
