Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles with safety and efficiency. You will also assist guests with luggage and provide directions, transportation information, and requests during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, adherence to procedures, and accurate handling of tickets, key tags, and payments. Training will be provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you’re applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read/write English; basic arithmetic; ability to interact with guests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous hospitality and assist guests with luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys, tickets, and claim checks.
