Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality for guests arriving and departing at our locations. You will assist guests with parking, retrieve vehicles, and help with luggage where applicable, delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Core duties include greeting guests, maintaining professional conduct, and answering inquiries about local amenities and directions. This role is part-time and includes eligibility for benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use guest last names during interactions; follow Towne Park etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with bell services and luggage handling as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information; relay messages and items as requested.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage ticketing and revenue collection.
