Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will engage with guests in a friendly, efficient manner, explain rates, and maintain accurate ticketing and service standards.

The role includes AM/PM shifts, competitive hourly pay with tips, and benefits eligibility for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or close commutable distance).
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write English; perform simple arithmetic and understand basic time/money calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and collect/return keys and claim checks accurately.
• Accurately complete ticket information and assist with revenue when needed.
• Support bell services and other guest services tasks as required.
