Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and managing vehicle parking and retrieval in a safe, courteous manner.

You will assist guests with directions, reservations, and local information while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor and accurate ticketing and payments. This is a part-time role with a 1pm–6pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients. Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival and processes tickets and payment accurately.
• Shuttles guests and provides information about local amenities and attractions when requested.
