The position emphasizes tracking player activity, generating reports, and applying promotions to optimize comps while maintaining high guest service standards in a fast-paced resort

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years experience in player development.
• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• Must be approved for and maintain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board License.
• Excellent guest service, communication and personal interaction skills.
• Ability to travel on a limited basis.
• Knowledgeable with Players Club programs, enrollment and complimentary policies.

Responsibilities

• Tracks, analyzes and manages win/loss to determine comp-worth.
• Develops table games player relationships to build loyalty.
• Interacts with Guests and staff to promote guest satisfaction.
• Uses player tracking data to analyze profitability and planning of comps.
• Manages reservations for tournaments and events per casino guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality and organization of player data and reports.
• Collaborates with Casino Marketing to issue complimentary items per play levels.
• Maintains strong knowledge of table games operations and service standards.
