Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations/Call Center preferred.
• Proficient with LMS, ARTS and ACSC for reservations and confirmations.
• Strong customer service, organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and make reservations for hotel and amenities.
• Enter reservations from Marketing Ops and other sources accurately.
• Provide wake-up calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Cross-sell dates and promotions while maintaining service standards.
• Assist in training new hires and support other projects as needed.
