Job summary

Wild Rose Casino and Resort in Clinton, MD seeks an Executive Casino Host to deliver personalized guest services and drive revenue through the Player Development program. You will work with the Player Development Manager and Marketing Manager to implement strategies and support the host team in reaching revenue targets.

Responsibilities include managing the Player Development team, engaging with new players, resolving issues, and promoting events and card programs on the gaming floor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or higher degree in marketing or related field or progress towards degree.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English; communicate clearly and professionally.
• Sales, marketing and/or customer relations experience preferred; prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the property player development program.
• Achieve individual and team revenue goals through increased share of wallet and trips.
• Manage the Player Development team.
• Proactively engage with new or potential players, fostering interest in offerings.
• Provide personalized, attentive service tailored to the preferences of existing players.
• Resolve player issues with confidentiality and discretion.
• Drive player participation by promoting card acquisition on the gaming floor.
• Highlight events to individuals or groups during casino floor interactions.
• Maintain a prominent presence on the casino floor during shifts.
• Inform guests about upcoming promotional drawings and supervise drawings.
