Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Premium Support Business Development Manager to lead GTM efforts, quantify value, and accelerate paid adoption for Enterprise Support services.

You will engage customers and partners, analyze ROI, and shape pricing and offerings while collaborating with field, sales, and support teams. You will identify opportunities to grow adoption across enterprise customers and public sector engagements, and you will craft compelling business cases and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive GTM strategy for Premium Support and increase paid adoption.
• Engage customers, partners, and field teams to quantify value and ROI.
• Design and execute experiments to improve adoption and pricing.
• Develop sales collateral, reference cases and value proofs.
• Coordinate with Commercial/Public Sales, Premium Support and Enterprise teams.
