Job summary

On in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Advisor to deliver a premium, individualized fan experience in-store and to uphold our Cloud CX Premium service model with a detail-oriented approach. You will be the brand ambassador and ensure every guest feels welcomed as part of our movement.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will demonstrate excellence through authentic service, support guest interactions with product education, and maintain premium standards across the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and coachability.
• Reliable and accountable with consistent performance in retail SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and team-first attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail and presentation.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, individualized fan experiences by mastering our Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service.
• Support guest interactions with elevated product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless journey.
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory management reflecting On’s global positioning.
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with the team to start and finish every shift together.
