Job summary

On is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium, individualized fan experience in-store. You will master the fundamentals of our Cloud CX Premium service model focused on a detail-oriented approach to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader on the Retail team, you will support the retail function by demonstrating a high-level of excellence through service with authenticity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
• Reliable and accountable with adherence to SOPs
• Strong communication skills and team-first attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail and professional presentation
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience and uphold brand standards
• Educate guests on products and assist with personalized shopping journeys
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory management
• Collaborate with store team and communicate clearly to start and finish each shift
