Job summary

On is hiring a Store Advisor in Los Angeles to be the brand ambassador and create a premium, individualized in-store experience for every guest. You will master the Cloud CX Premium service model and use the 5 Steps of Service to foster lasting brand loyalty.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support daily operations with meticulous attention to detail, maintain premium visuals and accurate inventory, and help guests feel welcome through personalized product education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new products and processes.
• Reliable and accountable with a track record of following SOPs.
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude.
• Attention to detail and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering Cloud CX and the 5 Steps of Service.
• Support guest interactions with elevated try-on rituals and product education.
• Execute daily store tasks with attention to visual standards and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions and clear communication.
