Qualifications

• Dealership service writing experience required.

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and deliver a premium check in experience.
• Write and manage repair orders with complete, accurate documentation.
• Present maintenance & repair recommendations clearly and ethically; gain approvals.
• Follow up on declined work to ensure safety and retention.
• Own the service lane flow: appointments, walk ins, updates, and promise times.
• Coordinate with warranty providers and keep guests informed at every step.
