Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Manage service orders and flow in the Drive Lane with prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries in person or by phone.
• Oversee warranty claims processing and supervise the service department.
• Distribute work among technicians to optimize efficiency.
• Explain vehicle issues, warranties, and repairs to customers clearly.
• Communicate repair timelines and update customers on changes.
• Follow up with customers regarding estimates or pickup times.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions promptly.
