Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver premier service to Premium Seating Clients ahead of and through event experiences at the A’s Las Vegas Ballpark. The role requires professionalism, organization, and a positive, service-first mindset under the Senior Premium Service Manager.

You will manage onboarding, contracts, invoicing, and payments, while maintaining CRM records and supporting sales initiatives. On-site duties at the Experience Center are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of sports, sales, service or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce/Archtics/ProVenue).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned premium seating accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Lead onboarding, communication and hospitality to ensure premium experiences.
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments with a focus on 100% collections.
• Track and report on collections efforts and premiums communications.
• Assist clients with navigating online accounts and payments.
• Deliver monthly touchpoints via in-person, email, phone or written communication.
• Maintain detailed account information in CRM.
• Support sales team during meetings by processing payments and creating accounts in ProVenue.
• Respond promptly to service inquiries with professionalism.
• Contribute to planning and executing VIP events and trips.
• Host premium seating clients at planned events.
• Assist with daily operations of the Experience Center.
