Job summary

Legends Global at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas seeks a Guest Experience Coordinator to ensure exceptional service delivery and seamless guest interactions.

You will report to the Director of Guest Experience and support guest engagement, process ancillary event needs, and manage administrative tasks across the venue. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and strong collaboration with vendors and tenants.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–4 years in customer service or sports & entertainment industry.
• Experience with scheduling systems (ABI Mastermind preferred).
• Strong communication via in-person, email, and phone.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible schedule.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest interactions to ensure exceptional service.
• Plan guest requirements for ancillary events and meetings.
• Liaise between facilities, tenants, clients, teammates and vendors.
• Uphold facility policies and manage administrative tasks.
